Your day begins by meeting your Maasai guide, who will be your companion throughout the entire experience. Your guide will take you to a Maasai village, where you will have the opportunity to see firsthand how the Maasai people live. You will learn about their traditional way of life, which revolves around cattle herding, and see their distinctive red shukas (clothes) and beaded jewelry.

The Maasai are known for their energetic jumping dance, and you will have the chance to participate in this lively tradition. They will teach you the steps and provide you with a shuka to wear, so you can join in the fun. You will gain a deeper understanding of the Maasai way of life and the challenges they face in preserving their culture in the modern world. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a traditional Maasai meal, which typically consists of meat, milk, and maize. After the day trip you will return back to hotel in Arusha. A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.
